Timothy BuschTimothy Busch is Founder and Chief Executive Officer possessing an extensive finance, legal, and management background. Mr. Busch has founded and led many companies including The Busch Firm which specializes in high-net worth estate planning, tax, and real estate and business legal transactions. Mr. Busch is co-owner of Busch’s Inc., a 15 store specialty grocery store chain in Michigan. Mr. Busch and his wife Steph are highly involved in Catholic organizations and charities. Mr. Busch co-founded JSerra Catholic School and St. Anne School in Orange County. He is also involved with Catholic University of America, the Papal Foundation, Legatus, Magis Institute, and the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Busch is a practicing attorney having graduated from Wayne State Law School, is a CPA, and licensed California real estate broker. He enjoys, wine, travel, and his family. |

Steve ArnoldSteve Arnold, CHA, is President and oversees the Company’s hotel operations. Mr. Arnold has more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry having held numerous management positions with Stovall Hotels, Doubletree Hotels, WestCoast Hotels and Tarsadia Hotels. Mr. Arnold joined Pacific Hospitality Group in March 2003 as general manager of the Crowne Plaza Anaheim Resort. Shortly thereafter he was elevated to President of the Company. Mr. Arnold has for many years served both on the Executive Committee for the Anaheim Orange County Visitor and Convention Bureau as well as the Board of Directors for the Anaheim Orange County Hotel and Lodging Association. Mr. Arnold also serves as President of Trinitas Cellars, LLC located in Napa Valley. Mr. Arnold enjoys, golf, running, and spending time with his family. |

Wade BranningWade Branning has been Chief Financial Officer since 2002, overseeing all aspects of accounting and compliance as well as creation of all operating systems, financial analysis and pro-forma modeling for development projects. Prior positions held with the Company include Corporate Controller and Director of Administration, his duties expanding in scope as the portfolio has grown. Mr. Branning formerly worked for three years as an Accountant for The Busch Firm and held numerous positions in the onsite operation of 4 properties in Los Angeles. He attended Montana State University where he studied Business Management, Art, Architecture and Engineering. Recreationally, he enjoys bicycling, kayaking, swimming, hiking, running and other outdoor activities. Mr. Branning’s other accomplishments consist of numerous triathlons including completion of 2 Ironman distance races. |

Kory KramerKory Kramer is Vice President of Acquisitions and Development. Mr. Kramer is responsible for all Company development and expansion projects, acquisition of new properties and investor relations. Mr. Kramer concurrently serves as Chief of Staff to Timothy Busch and the The Busch Group which includes managing a diversified portfolio of business and financial responsibilities for both public and private entities. Mr. Kramer is graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, and received both his bachelors and masters degrees from Boston College. He serves on the board of directors for the Napa Valley Corporate Park and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and their Young Leaders program. Mr. Kramer enjoys the beach, politics, college football, and traveling. |
