PHG Team Member Hotel Rates

Welcome to Pacific Hospitality Group Team Member reservations. As part of our Team Member benefits program, we offer special discounted rates at our hotels and resorts, as well as with our partner hotels Hilton Hotels & Resorts. To begin, please read the terms and conditions for using the Team Member rate benefit program, and then select your preferred hotel. Proper identification will be required in order to authorize your stay upon check-in at the hotel or resort. 

PHG TEAM MEMBER DISCOUNTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Team member discounted rates and/or requests for Friends & family rates will not be booked through any other avenues.

**Please do not call the hotel’s front desk or management to make the reservation.

PHG HOTEL DISCOUNTS

  • Room rates are available on a space available basis.  Maximum of 5 nights per stay.
  • If the Team Member rate or Friends & Family rate is not available online on your selected dates, please check alternate dates. If you call the hotel or management, you will be re-directed to the website.
  • Print out the PHG form, fill in your reservation information and present the form to your Human Resources manager to review and sign. Only forms with original authorization signature will be accepted at check-in.
  • Present your signed form along with your state issued ID or driver’s license to the front desk at check-in.
  • Failure to produce the signed authorization form upon check-in will result in a change of rate to Best Available Rate.
  • Team Member may not stay at the hotel at which they are employed.
  • Team Member or Friends & Family rates cannot be used for business travel.
  • Team Member and Friends & Family rates are a privilege. Your conduct and professionalism, as well as that of those persons in your party, is a representation of Pacific Hospitality Group and its properties. Any inappropriate conduct/behavior will be addressed in accordance with PHG Policies/Procedures and will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
  • Falsification or misrepresentation regarding the use of, or information on, this authorization form will constitute grounds for immediate termination.
  • Team Member rates are available for up to two rooms and a maximum of 5 nights per stay.
  • Hilton Team Member Travel Program is only available to team members that are employed at Hilton properties. Team members at corporate offices are not eligible for the Worldwide Hilton discount benefits.
  • AC Hotels’ Team Members are eligible to receive the Associate Pleasure Rate for personal travel at Marriott branded properties worldwide.
